These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vox-arcana.org and any purchases made from Vox Arcana LLC (“VoxArcana”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the natural origin of our stones and gemstones, colour, size, and formation may vary from photographs — this is a characteristic of natural materials, not a defect. We reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent or greater value if a specific item is unavailable.

2a. Eligibility & age

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using vox-arcana.org, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or, if higher, the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract. We do not knowingly accept orders from minors. If we believe an order has been placed by a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian, we may cancel and refund the order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing any affected order.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline any order at our discretion (e.g. in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud) and will issue a full refund promptly.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@vox-arcana.org within 14 days. We additionally offer an extended 60-day return window as our standard customer-satisfaction policy. Personalised items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Product Disclaimer

VoxArcana products are sold as decorative accessories and personal jewelry. Descriptions referencing traditional or cultural associations of specific stones are provided for informational interest only and are not intended as medical, therapeutic, or scientific claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of VoxArcana and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxArcana’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of New Mexico, USA. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is determined by French consumer protection law. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at .
