This page is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and equivalent privacy laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Texas, Virginia, and other US states.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioural advertising. Vox Arcana does not sell personal information for monetary consideration; however, we may share certain identifiers (such as your email or device identifiers) with advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok) for measurement and retargeting, which may constitute a "sale" or "share" under California law.

How to opt out

  1. Cookie banner: click "Reject all" or set your preferences via the consent banner that appears on your first visit. Your choice is stored for 12 months.
  2. Browser-level signal: we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request. Enable GPC in your browser settings or via an extension at globalprivacycontrol.org.
  3. Submit a request: use our Privacy Request form to formally opt out.

Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

If we collect "sensitive personal information" (as defined under CPRA — including precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin, biometric data, or login credentials) for any purpose other than what is necessary to provide the product or service, you have the right to limit such use. To exercise this right, please use our Privacy Request form.

Other privacy rights

You also have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Delete personal information we hold
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

Children

We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of consumers under 16. Consumers between 13 and 16 must affirmatively opt-in before we may sell or share their personal information; consumers under 13 require parental consent under the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Authorized agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization and we may verify your identity directly.

Response timeline. Requests to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit use of sensitive personal information, or any other right under the CCPA/CPRA are actioned within 15 business days of receipt per §1798.135(c)(4). Verifiable consumer requests for access, deletion, or correction are actioned within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where reasonably necessary).
